Process

Four phases. Nothing starts before the constraints are written down.

Scope, schedule and two rounds of revision are agreed in writing before the first mark is drawn. A project that never closes is not a relationship — it is a scope problem.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Before anything is drawn, the studio maps what the mark has to survive: the processes, the surfaces, the sizes and the people who will see it first.

    What you receive

    • Written brief with the constraints that will govern the work
    • Surface and process inventory
    • Scope, schedule and revision terms in writing

Typical durationTODO: duración de esta fase

  2. 02

    Direction

Two or three directions, each one already tested against the smallest and hardest application. Directions that only hold on screen are not presented.

    What you receive

    • Directions shown in application, not on a slide
    • Reproduction test at the smallest real size
    • One direction selected to continue

Typical durationTODO: duración de esta fase

  3. 03

    Build

The chosen direction becomes a system: variants, lockups, rules and the production files each process needs.

    What you receive

    • Master files and per-process artwork
    • Variants, lockups and clear space rules
    • Two rounds of revision, written into the agreement

Typical durationTODO: duración de esta fase

  4. 04

    Rollout

The system goes onto the objects. The studio stays close to the first production run, because that is where a mark either holds or breaks.

    What you receive

    • Files handed over with usage guide
    • Support through the first production run
    • A collaborative post agreed at the start, included in scope

Typical durationTODO: duración de esta fase

TODO: confirmá la duración típica de cada fase. Sin ese dato el proceso se lee como método pero no como compromiso, que es justo lo que separa un estudio establecido de un freelance.
