Scope
Every engagement starts with a written scope: what is being built, which surfaces and processes it has to survive, what is delivered and when. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Revisions
Two rounds of revision are included and written into the agreement. It is a deliberate limit. Further rounds are quoted at the point they are requested.
Ownership
On final payment, ownership of the final delivered artwork transfers to the client. The studio retains ownership of unused directions, working files and process material, and reserves the right to show the delivered work in its portfolio unless a hold is agreed in writing.
Payment
Projects are invoiced with a deposit before work begins and the balance on delivery. Files are released on final payment.
TODO: confirmá el porcentaje del depósito y los plazos de pago reales.
Production and suppliers
The studio prepares artwork to each supplier's stated requirements and supports the first production run. It does not manufacture, does not contract suppliers on the client's behalf, and is not responsible for the output of a third-party manufacturer.
Cancellation
Either side can end an engagement in writing. Work completed up to that point is invoiced, and the deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
