What this covers

This site is a static website with one form. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party trackers. There is nothing to opt out of because nothing is being collected in the background.

What the form collects

When you send a project brief, the studio receives what you typed: your name, your email address, a description of what you are building, a budget range and an optional launch window. Nothing else is captured.

The form is delivered by Formspree, which processes the submission and forwards it by email. Their handling is governed by their own privacy policy.

Why it is collected

To reply to your enquiry and, if the project goes ahead, to run it. Your details are not added to a mailing list, not used for a sequence, and not shared with or sold to anyone.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while the conversation is live and deleted afterwards. Project correspondence is kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as needed for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask what the studio holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write toxenvectors@gmail.com and it will be handled.
