Questions
How do you quote a project?
Scope first, then a range. The studio reads the brief, asks what the mark has to survive — processes, surfaces, smallest real size — and comes back with scope and an investment range before any work starts.
How long does a project take?
It depends on how many surfaces the system has to cover. Duration per phase is published on the process page, and the schedule is agreed in writing before the first mark is drawn.
Who owns the files?
You do, on final payment. You receive vector masters plus production-ready artwork for each process the mark has to run through.
How many rounds of revision are included?
Two, written into the agreement. It is a deliberate limit: a project with unlimited rounds is not a relationship, it is a project that never closes.
Do you handle production and suppliers?
The studio prepares artwork to each supplier's requirements and stays close through the first production run. It does not manufacture, and it does not mark up supplier invoices.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. Most clients are in the United States. The studio works in English and Spanish.
What do you need from me to start?
What you sell, what it is made of, and where the mark has to appear. Photographs of the actual products help more than reference boards.
